One of your first stops when you get to Oglebay might be the Hospitality Room.
You can pick up your Welcome bags, event schedules, the Specialty merchandise you ordered, and name tags. There will be Oglebay literature and maps available. We’ll have a list of Specialty Committee members with contact information. And we’ll try to answer your questions.
Your Auction and Raffle donations can be brought to the room.
The Hospitality Room will be open on Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00-5:00 pm., location will be announced.
